Do you also wish us to submit character backgrounds that have world inclusive info in them? As in, not just personal general stuff... but uique setting/kit/lore content?

You can submit any character background as long as they have relevant setting information. Preferably, it would be best to rewrite the submission to include just the setting information. If this is not feasible, however, submitting the entire character history is allowable as long as it is understood that the information that will be used will be the setting information and NOT the character history itself.
